NicotagHub: Extending Tag Links for Easier Searching

NicotagHub is a free Chrome add-on developed by yonryu.goiro. It falls under the category of Browsers and is listed in the Add-ons & Tools subcategory. This add-on aims to enhance the functionality of tag links on the popular video platform, NicoNico Douga.

The add-on extends the destination of tag links, making it easier to search for videos that contain either of two specified tags. Normally, when searching for videos that include either "AAA" or "BBB," users need to manually input "AAA OR BBB" in the search bar. However, NicotagHub automatically modifies the search results when users click on a tag link, automatically changing the search query to "AAA OR BBB."

Once installed, users can access the settings page by clicking on the add-on's icon. There are two styles available: Box Style and Text Style. In the Box Style, users can set up rules for partial match searches, parallel searches for multiple tags, and exclusion of specific words. The Text Style allows users to add rules for expanding tag links on video pages and tag search results.
